Delete your VIZO.LIFE account

Request permanent deletion of your VIZO.LIFE account and associated personal data.

Delete in the service

Sign in → Profile → Account Settings → Delete account → confirm with your password or DELETE. Access and sessions are revoked immediately. Stored photos, avatars and generated images are made inaccessible and permanently removed within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

From your registered account email, send privacy@vizo.life a message with subject “Delete my account”. Requests are processed within 30 days. Account ownership is verified before deletion.

Data and retention

Your profile, photos, avatars, generated looks and purchase history records we control are deleted, except necessary payment transaction records, including Stripe records, retained only for legal or accounting requirements.
