Privacy Policy
Learn how VIZO handles account data, photos, face data, generated looks, browser extension permissions, and deletion requests.
How VIZO handles personal data
VIZO.LIFE provides virtual try-on, avatar, 360-degree look, and browser extension features. This policy explains what information VIZO collects, why it is used, and how people can request access or deletion.
Information used by the service
VIZO may process account details such as your name and email address, eligibility information such as country and date of birth, uploaded avatar photos, generated images, product images or URLs, and basic security logs.
Uploaded photos may contain facial features. VIZO uses them to create and maintain your avatar and requested try-on results, not to identify you through facial recognition or biometric identification.
Chrome extension permissions
The extension uses its permissions to read the VIZO session cookie, detect a clothing product on the active tab after you request it, and communicate with VIZO.LIFE. It does not read unrelated browsing history or send your data to hosts other than VIZO.LIFE.
How information is used and stored
Information is used to authenticate accounts, generate virtual try-on results, provide requested features, secure the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, and understand anonymised product usage. Avatar images and generated results are stored in access-controlled cloud storage while the relevant account or avatar remains active.
VIZO does not sell or rent personal data for third-party marketing. Images may be sent to contracted AI processing providers only when needed to generate the requested result.
Deletion and privacy requests
You can delete available account content through the service or request help by emailing privacy@vizo.life. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
