Using VIZO.LIFE
These Terms govern access to the VIZO.LIFE website, applications, virtual try-on tools, avatar features, 360-degree look generation, credits, and related services. VIZO.LIFE is operated by SmithLock LLC.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, uploading content, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age that applies in your country or region. Account information must be accurate and current, and you are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not create accounts with false information, abuse promotional credits, or use automated methods to create accounts.
Photos, content, and AI results
You retain rights in content you provide, while granting VIZO the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, and display that content to operate the service and generate requested results. Upload another person’s photo only with their knowing and voluntary consent.
AI-generated images may contain artifacts, inaccurate proportions, altered garment details, or other errors. VIZO is a visualization and shopping-assistance service, not a sizing, medical, biometric-identification, or physical-fit service. Read the AI & Virtual Try-On Disclaimer before relying on a result.
Credits and payments
Some features require credits, and the price and required amount are shown before purchase or use. Credits are prepaid digital units for use within VIZO, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Purchases are final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Retailers and third-party services
VIZO may connect with AI providers, payment processors, product pages, and online retailers. Retailers remain responsible for their products, availability, pricing, sizing, shipping, returns, privacy practices, and checkout. Review the retailer’s information before purchasing.

You may request account or content deletion by contacting info@vizo.life. Questions, legal notices, and support requests can be sent to the same address.
